Plastic Man

Latest project: Plastic Man

Plastic Man in Jacket form.

I've got the flesh-colored fabric, and the "laces" already sewn into place. I lined the flesh-colored portion to give the stitching that holds the laces in place more strength.
Here I have prepared the red portion of the front to be stitched to the flesh-colored part.

After the front halves of the jacket were completed, I stitched the red back to the front at the shoulders. Then I stitched the sleeves into place, including the red ribbed cuffs.

Next, I assembled the waistband detail.

Next I stitched the flesh colored rib knit neckband into place.

Next I stitched in the zipper, and stitched the facing of the collar to complete the jacket.

Details!

*note jacket does not have extreme plasticity abilities
