From the files of the super adorable!
I love to sew and make things, and I want to share my process. My inspiration has not changed from what I thought was awesome when I was a kid. I hope you enjoy what I do.

Atom Eve
Happy Superbowl sports fans! Are many of my followers sports fans? I don't know, I'm not particularly into sports, but the SB is a big deal. In honor of that, here is a figure that I will be clothing later this month "Tebowing".
Also in honor of the Superbowl is one of the girly-est costumes I've ever sewn.
Atom Eve.

One of the most difficult parts was just trying to decided on what pink fabrics to use. Obviously I needed two shades of pink, and spandex comes in tons of different shades of pink! Once I picked the colors and got the fabric in my hands, the costume came together smoothly.

Custom X Jacket
Oh anig- we're almost a month into the new year and no new posts?? What is the matter with you? What are you doing?
Don't worry, I've been working, knitting giant sox and new designs. Upcoming costumes include Batgirl, Robin and plenty of Guy Gardner work!
In the meantime feast your eyes on this custom X jacket.
My dyeing fabric post detailed how to dye some white sweatshirt fleece yellow, and that yellow ended up on this jacket.

Dyeing Fabric
One week until Xmas! Are you ready? I thought this week I'd give a peek into some background work I occasionally do- dyeing fabric. One of my biggest obstacles while sewing always seems to be getting the proper fabrics, or the proper color fabric that I am looking for. I especially have trouble with greens and yellows, don't ask me why. But now I've got the know-how, space and equipment to dye my own super yellow!
Before and after if you couldn't take the suspense!
I dyed 100% cotton white sweatshirt fleece.
