Press Time!

Alright, so things have been slow in the production area this week. I have been doing a lot of planning, designing, and thanks to a quick NYC trip I've been doing some sourcing too! Also, NYC is great for inspiration, so feel free to take a look at my "Umbrella Discard Project" photo album.

In the coming weeks, there will be plenty of new superhero (and maybe even a few villainous) designs.
In the meantime, I got to be in the local paper.....

PS- I definitely went to Top Shop to scout some of that superhero undies- they had none- never had! They have beautiful clothes, but expensive. I had such a fun time looking a clothing store that wasn't Sears! Then, I tried to go to MOCCA, but they were closed for installation : (
But on a brighter note, I got lots of nice fabric for some upcoming projects, but you'll just have to wait and see what they will be.

A Christmas Carol by Scrooge and Company

Are you sick of Christmas yet? I sure am. I am finally recovering from what I casually refer to as my Christmas Hangover. No, I didn't drink so much, but the out of state visit to a variety of family proved to be draining, along with hoping for constant weather cooperation......so here's the last I will mention about Christmas until I am provoked to next year. Here is the final picture of the cast at the last performance of A Christmas Carol, here in Poultney, Vermont. Having just had wisdom tooth extraction a day or so before the performance I couldn't quite put it together to get some photos, but luckily Michael was there to get not only this pic, but all the following videos as well.
So, get ready, the actors did a terrific job and enjoy these post-holiday videos. You can access the youtube channel here. Enjoy!
